Nija Fuller

My name is Nija Fuller. I was born and raised in Atlanta, Ga. and I am the daughter of Regina Fuller. On the 14th of May, I graduated from The Lovett School and currently attent Clemson University. Throughout high school, I was continuously involved in multiple activities including Varsity Cheerleading, the Diversity Awareness Council, Discipline Council and President and Co-Founder of the Step Team to list a few. Amongst the academic honors I have received are the Donald and Marilyn Keough Scholarship for academic excellence, Scholar’s list award at Lovett and Dean’s Scholars Scholarship for academic excellence at Rochester. In my spare time I enjoy reading, writing and dancing. I am very proud to be receiving this scholarship from Coach’s Low Country Boil® Seasoning.

 

Amber Fawn O'Dell

Amber Fawn O'Dell was born in Seneca, SC on February 1st 1988. Her parents are Rhonda O'Dell of Westminster SC and Earl O'Dell of Salem SC. She has one older brother Dean O'Dell. Her grandparents are Mr. and Mrs. Bill and Cecile Barker. She attended Westminster Elementary and Middle Schools. She was a student at the Fred P. Hamilton Career Center in the Culinary Arts I and Culinary Arts II classes. She is a member of the Westminster Seventh Day Adventist Church and is currently employed as a cashier at Ingles. She is a 2006 Honors graduate from West-Oak High School and is now planning to attend the Culinary Institute of Charleston in the Fall of 2006. She will obtain an Associates Degree in Hospitality and Restaurant Management. Ms. Amber O'Dell is the proud recipient of a Full Scholarship to the Culinary Institute of Charleston, provided by Mr. Joe Crosby and the Coach’s Low Country Boil® Seasoning. She is also a recipient of the Life Scholarship.

 

Sean Barnes

I am Sean Barnes, my mother is Tracy Carter and my father is Tony Gilbert. I graduated from West-Oak High School's class of 2006. During high school, I excelled in the Culinary Arts program where I received a "Student of the Year" award. I also was involved in athletics at West-Oak, including: football, basketball and soccer. I will be attending Johnson & Wales thanks to Joe Crosby and his scholarship. I enjoy my family, friends and of course cooking. My goals are to graduate college and to become the greatest chef in the world.
